Xbox Live users are struggling to log into the service today, with the launch of two new gaming platforms: Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.
Late Tuesday, the Xbox Support account posted a tweet saying, “We are aware that users are currently unable to log into (Xbox) Live on different platforms.” “The right teams are looking at the problem and working to fix it. We will provide updates here on Twitter or on our status page. ”
We believe that our teams are closing in on a fix for this issue. Feel free to continue trying for the time being, and we’ll be sure to provide another update as soon as we can. https://t.co/WlkTW5UwVg— Xbox Support (@XboxSupport) November 10, 2020
An hour after that tweet, the account posted a second tweet in which he said: “We believe that our teams are close to solving this problem. Do not hesitate to continue trying at the present time, and we will make sure to provide another update as soon as possible.
Then, three hours after the second tweet, the account posted a third tweet announcing the solution to the problem, and said: “Users should be able to log into (Xbox Live) again! Thank you for the reports and for your patience. As always, we are present and listening to you. ”
On Tuesday, Microsoft began launching the (Xbox Sear X) and (Xbox S) platforms. In addition to the launch of popular games, such as: Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, the new platforms allow compatibility with previous releases of (Xbox), (Xbox 360) and (Xbox One) games that can be played on current (Xbox One) devices.
Services such as (Xbox Live) are really important for players to download games and new updates. And for the (Xbox Sears) platform, an Internet connection is required to access the games, especially on the digital version that does not use game discs.
