The service said it now allows users to set special backgrounds for different conversations, in an effort to make it easier for users to easily distinguish between the tens or hundreds of chats they share simultaneously.

The Facebook-owned service said: Make your chats personal and special using a special background for your most important conversations and your favorite people, and you don’t have to worry about sending an error message in the wrong chat again.
WhatsApp also presents the virtual background in many colors, increasing the choice of backgrounds with more images of nature and architecture from around the world.
In addition, users can now also set a separate background that is activated when their phone moves from light to dark.
The platform said it also makes it easier for users to search for stickers with text or emoji, or browse popular categories.
The company urged poster makers to highlight their stickers with emojis and texts, so that their stickers become easy to search for WhatsApp users.
There are some additional posters added by the service, with the WHO “Together at Home” sticker pack now available as mobile stickers.
Together at Home is one of the most popular sticker packages via WhatsApp, and will now be more expressive and useful in its mobile form.
The Together at Home sticker pack is available in WhatsApp with translated texts in 9 languages: Arabic, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Turkish.
