Villarreal coach Unai Emery confirmed that he will play against his German counterpart Bayern Munich, in the expected confrontation between the two teams, tomorrow, Wednesday, at nine in the evening, at La Ceramica, in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
Emery said during the match press conference: “Tomorrow we have to be able to adapt to what he will ask of us. Nagelsmann is a high-level coach, his teams have always played well”.
He added, “The challenge we face tomorrow is to show ability and character. We are in the Champions League quarter-finals because we are very good.”
He continued, “We will need the best individual level for all the players, we have to develop our idea of play and continue to take steps forward, we have to play a perfect match so that we can win.”
