Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku has begun steps to return to Inter Milan next summer.
Chelsea had signed Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku last summer, for a period of 6 years, for 98 million pounds, but the Belgian star’s crises with German coach Thomas Tuchel and his sitting on the bench in most matches, the last of which was against Lille, in the first leg of the 16th round of the Champions League, pushed the player to think of leaving the Blues.
The newspaper “La Gazzetta dello Sport” reported that Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku is not happy during the current period with Chelsea, and is ready to leave the London club and return to Inter Milan next summer.
It added, that Romelu Lukaku expressed his willingness to give up part of his salary in order to return to Inter Milan after the end of the current season 2021-2022.
He continued, that Romelu Lukaku actually contacted an Inter Milan official in order to complete the process of returning to the Nerazzurri next summer.
