first half
The start of the match was clearly enthusiastic on the part of the Bayern team, who pressed early and did not waste time to feel the pulse of Al-Ahly and attacked from the start through his attacking arsenal, most notably Lewandowski, Mollo, and Gnabry.

On the other hand, Al-Ahly relied on the counter-attack that the German defense dealt with seriously, especially as it was weak and periodically.

Bayern continued their complete control of the match, and Lewandowski scored the first European champion goal in the 17th minute, after he took advantage of Al-Ahly’s defensive positioning and scored the ball in the net of El Shennawi.

Bayern’s performance did not subside, and the pressure continued and formed successive attacks on Al-Ahly goal, and Al-Shennawi saved more than one opportunity and left on the ground for the injury and Yasser Ibrahim participated in his place.

Al-Ahly worked hard and tried to reach Noir’s goal, but to no avail, because the difference in capabilities and speeds was clear for the Bavarian team, which launched successive attacks on Al-Shennawi’s goal, and the latter and Al-Ahly’s defense succeeded in saving Al-Ahmar’s goal from several goals achieved, ending the first half with Bayern leading Nazif.

Second half
The start of the second half was clearly better for Al-Ahly than Al-Ahly, but the final touch is still missing in Al-Ahly, so more than one ball was lost that could have been a danger to the red genie due to the clear cooperation between Qafsha, Shahat, Kahraba and Taher.

On the other hand, Bayern’s performance calmed down, but remained the most dangerous, but Al-Shennawi clearly shone and saved his goal more than once … Hussein Al-Shahat came out and Salah Mohsen participated instead, and Bwalia instead of Kahraba and Diang instead of Qafsha, and Al-Ahly pressed more, but the effectiveness is still absent.

In the last minutes, Mohamed Sharif participated instead of Taher Mohamed Taher in search of the equalizer, while Bayern sought to score a second goal and he had what he wanted, as Lewandowski scored a second goal in the 86th minute, and Bayern tried to score a third goal as Al-Ahly tried to visit Neuer, but the match ended with a victory. The German champion and the loss of Al-Ahly, who fought and worked hard, especially in the second half.
