Senegal succeeded in qualifying for the final of the African Nations Cup, after beating Burkina Faso 3-1 in the match that took place between them on Wednesday evening at the “Ahmedou Ahidjo” stadium, in the semi-finals of the 2021 African Cup of Nations.
The goals of the match came through Abdou Diallo, Nambales Mendy and Sadio Mane for the Senegalese team in the 70th, 76th and 87th minutes, respectively, while Burkina Faso’s only goal was scored by Ibrahim Blati Toure in the 82nd minute of the match.
With this result, Senegal awaits the winner of the Egypt-Cameroon match, which is scheduled to be held tomorrow at nine in the evening.
