The Senegalese star, Sadio Mane, who joined the ranks of the German team Bayern Munich, sent an impressive message to the fans of Liverpool, his former team.
“Hello dear fans, it’s hard to find the right words for this, I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart,” Mane wrote on his Instagram page.
Mane added: “I was always there.. good times and bad times, I will never forget this, thank you again.. you will never walk alone.”
The German club, Bayern Munich, officially announced, last Wednesday, the signing of Senegalese star Sadio Mane, the Liverpool winger, for a period of 3 years, after he passed the medical examinations at the Bavarian Castle yesterday, Tuesday.
Sadio Mane has played 269 games with Liverpool since the 2016-2017 season, when he joined the Reds from Southampton, before starting a new journey with Bayern Munich from the new season 2022-2023.
Mane scored 120 goals in the Liverpool shirt and assisted 38 goals, and was crowned with six diverse titles, “Premier League, the European Champions League, the Club World Cup, the Charity Shield, the FA Cup, and the Professional League Cup.”
