The Liverpool club page published a new tweet about the Egyptian star, Mohamed Salah, to celebrate his award for the best player in the Premier League 2021/2022, by choosing the Premier League Players Association yesterday, Thursday.

The official Liverpool club account on the social networking site “Twitter” published a picture of Mohamed Salah with his German coach Jurgen Klopp, smiling and receiving support from the coach, and commented on it: “He totally deserves it, and for this reason, he is the winner for the second time in this wonderful cup… About worthy, Mo.”

“What I really love about this award is that the players voted for it,” Klopp said in comments published on the official Liverpool website. “This is the only award you should care about.”

The Liverpool boss added: ‘No matter what the supporters say, your supporters always say, ‘Oh you are the greatest and all the others say, ‘How can he win it?’

Klopp continued: “So, in Mo’s case, it’s obviously numbers and goals. But scoring the most goals and providing the most assists, with all the ups and downs of the season, all the things I know about football, this is a deserved winner.”

The German coach also confirmed that he was expecting Salah’s development when he was spotted in Rome, adding, “I watched many videos of him, and he was not a monster in ending the attacks as we see now.”

Klopp continued: “I feel very happy to work with him, and I realized that he would be distinguished as soon as I got to know him personally because he is full of desire and does not stop developing and hard work.”

The official Liverpool account published another tweet this Friday morning, a picture of Mohamed Salah with the award, and commented on it: “Exceptional.”
