Manchester United have reached an advanced stage of negotiations to sign the French defender, Jonathan Clauss, in the current summer Mercato.
Manchester United in advanced talks to sign Lens defender
The French player is active in his team’s right-back position and made good levels last season, which made the Red Devils radar pick him up, and he wants to obtain his services in the coming period.
Clauss joined Lens in June 2020, and is linked with the club with a contract that reaches the finish line in June 2023, and Lens opens the door to his departure this summer instead of leaving him for free at the end of the new season.
During his football career, Clauss played 267 matches, scored 35 goals and assisted 39 in 20878 minutes, playing with the clubs of Lens, Armenia Bielefeld, France’s Quiveli Reuven, France’s Arvanche, and Germany’s Lynx.
