Leicester City scored an important victory away from its host Burnley, with a clean two, in the match that brought the two teams together on Tuesday evening at Turf Moor Stadium, in a postponed match from the 13th round of the English Premier League.
The goalless tie between the two teams continued until the 82nd minute, when James Madison scored the first goal for the Foxes, before veteran Jimmy Vardy added the second in the 90th minute.
With this win, Leicester City jumped to 12th place, with Branden Rodgers, with 30 points, while Burnley occupies 18th place in the table with 21 points.
Leicester had suffered a 1-2 loss against Wolverhampton at Molyneux Stadium in the twenty-sixth round of the English Premier League for the 2021-2022 season.
