Paris Saint-Germain suffered a fatal loss at the hands of its counterpart Nice, 1-0, in the meeting that brought the two teams together on Saturday evening, as part of the 27th round of Ligue 1.
The goalless tie between the two teams continued before Andy Delort scored a killer goal in the 88th minute of the match, to lead Nice to collect 3 important points.
Kylian Mbappe missed the match due to suspension, in addition to Sergio Ramos, the team’s defender, due to an injury that kept him away from Paris Saint-Germain during the last period.
With this result, Paris Saint-Germain fell to the third loss this season, to maintain the top spot in the competition table with 62 points, while Nice jumped to the runner-up with 49 points.
The Parisian team won in its last round of the league, at the expense of Saint-Etienne, by three goals to one, and has played 27 matches in the French league this season, winning 19 matches, losing 3 matches and drawing 5 others.
