The Spanish team Barcelona achieved an easy victory over its host Valencia, by four goals to one, in the match that took place between them this evening, Sunday, at the “Mestalla” stadium, as part of the 25th round of the “La Liga” competition.

Gabonese star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored the first goal for Barcelona in the 23rd minute of the match, his first goal in the Barca shirt after moving to him during the last winter transfer period.
Frenkie de Jong added the second goal for Barcelona in the 32nd minute of the match.
The Gabonese Aubameyang scored his second and third goal for the Catalan team in the 37th minute of the meeting.
Carlos Soler reduced the difference by scoring Valencia’s only goal in the 53rd minute of the match.
Pedri Gonzalez scored the fourth goal for Barcelona through a rocket kick in the 63rd minute of the match.

With this result, Barcelona is in fourth place in the Spanish league standings with 42 points, while Valencia comes in 12th place with 30 points.
Barcelona had escaped the loss against Espanyol in the Catalan derby, after kidnapping a fatal draw in lost time, ending the match with a score of 2-2 in the 24th round of the La Liga competition.
Barcelona succeeded in reconciling its fans after a 1-1 draw against Napoli at the Camp Nou in the first leg of the 32nd round of the European League during the 2021-2022 season.
