Closed agreement: Mane, to Bayern and Lewandowski, pending

Mané

Sadio Mane (30 years old)  will become a Bayern player in a matter of hours. This same Friday the agreement between the Munich club and Liverpool was closed and it could even be official shortly. The figures for the transfer of the Senegalese star will rise to around 32 million fixed euros and eight more bonuses. Hasan Salihamidzic, sporting director of the Bundesliga champion, has traveled to England to finalize the deal. Only the medical review would be missing.

Bayern is also immersed in the case of Robert Lewandowski, who wants to go to FC Barcelona. With a significant investment for a world crack, the Bavarian club could now open up to transfer the Pole.

Liverpool will lose one of the most emblematic players in their recent history, but the African champion with Senegal wants to start a new stage in his career. He had a contract until 2023 and arrived at Liverpool in 2016 from Southampton.

Liverpool, who have paid 75 million fixed euros and 25 variable euros for Darwin Núñez to Benfica, rejected the first three proposals that Bayern presented for Sadio Mane, of 25, 30, and 35 million euros. The ‘reds’ wanted 50 for Mané and came to consider the variables proposed by the Bavarian club “funny”.

Mané leaped European football from Génération Foot in his country, Senegal, to play for Metz, where he played in 2011-12. He then went to Salzburg (2012-14) and Southampton (2014-16). In said 2016 he joined Liverpool. Under Jürgen Klopp, the Senegalese star has won a Champions League, a Premier, a European Super Cup, a Club World Cup, an FA Cup, and a Carabao Cup

Mané has been a fundamental part of a trident that is already part of the history of Liverpool, along with Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino. The future of the Egyptian and the Brazilians are up in the air.
