Stuttgart defeated its host Hoffenheim, 2-1, in the match that brought them together on Friday evening, at the Rhein Neckar Arena, in the opening of the 24th round of the German Bundesliga.
Omar Marmoush participated in the match from the beginning, before he was replaced in the 86th minute by his colleague Eric Tommy.
Stuttgart made the first goal through Wataro Endo in the 58th minute of the match.
But Hoffenheim managed to turn the table on the guests by scoring two goals within 5 minutes through Christoph Baumgartner in the 85th and 90th minutes.
With this result, Stuttgart’s balance stopped at 19 points, in the seventeenth and penultimate place in the German Bundesliga standings, while Hoffenheim’s balance rose to 40 points in fourth place, while Bayern Munich leads with 55 points.
