The 46-year-old driver collided with the Celta president’s Lamborghini at a roundabout and had to be taken to the Povisa hospital

A 46-year-old motorcyclist was taken to hospital on Thursday after colliding with a Lamborghini SUV driven by the president of Celta VigoCarlos Mourino, at a roundabout.

The accident, as confirmed by the Vigo Local Police, took place around eight o’clock this Thursday morning at the Puerto Pesquero roundabout, in Beiramar.

The president of Celta, who was on his way to the club’s headquarters, where he offered a press conference, hit the moped with his car when it was driving on the inside lane of the roundabout.

The motorcyclist was slightly injured and was transferred to the Povisa hospital, according to the Local Police, who traveled to the scene of the incident, as well as members of 061.
